From attending funerals via Facebook live to not being able to attend and having to send flowers. It all hurts. It’s sad. It hurts

I’m sure many of us would rather expect a phone call at 3am because you’re asking for help or someone to talk to, rather than finding out through a Facebook post or from someone else that their fellow brother and sister is gone .

Some things you can’t prevent.

But something you can try and at least make an effort
