               the lux of hollywood glamor is a natural curiosity for most. with new avenues to become an overnight success, most are beginning to wonder if they could make it big in the city of lights. but with new talent around every street corner in california, it can often feel impossible to stand out. even with ambition and a skill in your craft, sometimes your big dreams turn into waitressing gigs quicker than you can blink. and, that’s where LOTUS INC. comes in. 

              lotus inc. is a social media public relations franchise that helps manage and promote the profiles of their up and coming stars. they manage everyone from traditional actors in film media to new content creators using platforms like twitch to gain an audience. everyone in the city knows that once you’ve been signed to lotus inc, you’re on the path to true stardom. at least that’s always been the narrative… until recently. 

              the ceo, franco estevez, has come under some fire as of late with claims that he’s been taking more than the agreed upon cuts signed in his client’s contracts. with the purchase of a brand new island off the coast of brazil, it’s hard to argue the man is richer than god. but, he claims it’s just simply due to the success of the business, and nothing shady has been going on. yet with the emergence of a new anonymous gossip site, verity vents, trashing his current clients and dragging down his numbers: it’s all straining on him. regardless, the show must go on. 

              what are you willing to sacrifice to see your name in lights?

              SUMMARY: set in southern california, lotus inc. is a social media management company that oversees the profiles of the talent they sign. their clients range across the entertainment industry from musicians & actors to influencers & twitch streamers. the ceo has recently been accused of embezzling money from his clients, and an anonymous gossip blog has emerged set on exposing lotus inc & it’s clients.

all muns applying must be 20+ as all fc’s must also be 20+ ! you can age bend characters using the +3/-3 metric. 

activity isn’t going to be super enforced as long as you try to be around at least once a day at some point for a bit, we all have lives and i want this to just be something laid back and fun ! that being said, if you haven’t been around for a week or longer, you may be asked to leave the server to free up space, but like i said, just be around when ya’ can !
