Soooo...I told myself documenting my journey back to being a track athlete would be nerve racking and to be honest, I’m very thrilled to see what happens to my mental and physical state. I’m currently 202 and extremely proud of myself for being disciplined. Losing the weight has been a top priority and I’m excited to see more weight come off. I’m absolutely not satisfied but very content with my progression. Until next time😅

Latest update: So I’ve lost a significant amount of weight but I still have some ways to go! I’m feeling so much better and I have way more confidence about jumping back in racing again. My legs are getting more defined and upper body is getting stronger. Here’s to quarantine home workouts for the next two months 😅
