Married Auslly headcanons
[Just some cute married ‘verse head canons because I can and I feel like it.
Ally doesn’t change her name when they get married, and at first she’s worried Austin might ask her, but when she brings it up one day a few months before the wedding he just laughs
They have two weddings. One is big and flashy and over the top and they invite the press and it’s a whole big to-do. The other is just their immediate family and friends. It’s their real wedding, where they read their real vows, and it just about them and their love and there are no cameras except for Dez’s
In both weddings, Trish is Maid of Honor and Dez is the best man
At the real wedding they have the six layer white chocolate cake with buttercream frosting, of course
Summer wedding, indoor ceremony, outdoor reception that’s like a really fancy picnic
They write their first dance song together at the piano in the practice room and feel super hella nostalgic while they do
Ally’s vows are long and heartfelt
Austin’s vows are also heartfelt, but kind of choppy because he’s not great with words (and he didn’t let Dez help because he wanted it to be entirely his words), and definitely shorter than Ally’s
They honeymoon in Europe because they’ve been there on tours, but they’ve never been there outside of touring.
They go to England, France, Italy, and Germany specifically
They constantly post cute pictures on Instagram during the honeymoon
They’re one of those married couples that other couples come to for relationship advice
Austin gets Ally a puppy for their first wedding anniversary
They have a house with a big backyard
Sometimes they write songs outside
Every year on their wedding anniversary they go to a nice dinner and then to some kind of musical performance, whether it’s dance or a concert or a Broadway show
They alternate between parents for holidays and stuff
They tried to have dinner all together and didn’t end well. Too much competition.
Ally makes the coffee in the morning, and then immediately starts working, Austin drinks the coffee and then makes breakfast and tells Ally to eat
They both work a lot and they both do domestic chores like cooking and cleaning, but it ends up being that Ally does things like making the bed and vacuuming and Austin does things like washing the dishes and doing laundry.
They have two kids, a son and a daughter. Twins.
The son takes after Ally more, the daughter is more like Austin
Both their kids have brown hair and brown eyes
Austin reads the kids bedtime stories and gives them their baths and packs their lunches for school
Ally tells them to eat their vegetables and helps them with their homework
Austin is a super over protective parent because he’s always thinking about the danger in situations. “GET OUT OF THAT TREE BEFORE YOU FALL”
But he’s also the parent who’s more likely to make ice cream sundaes with all the toppings as a spur of the moment thing.
