I have this quincy/drifter fanfic right i started it in feb and then i kinda abandoned it until now cause a friend told me they liked it and that i should try to finish it and im like ok ill try to finish it (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

It's just the sketch part. Same as a single picture, it's not meant to be the final image. If it's too rough to work with, then make a new layer and refine the animation further.

And construction lines are just a guide. If you don't need them, you don't need them.

But a good tip for gaining better draftsmanship (which is what I think you're talking about) is to not over-rely on onion skin. I turn off onion skin and usually judge how the animation is going by flipping between the frames and comparing them directly. I'll flip back and forth, focusing on different elements at a time, and let some of my natural instinct and knowledge for motion guide where I put lines.
