okay so, this OVA is terrifying is mostly about their 49th Expedition Beyond The Walls, when Hanji found one titan which later chases her but stopped in the middle, turned around and run away from her. 

she chased back, to find out that the titan bangs his head to one big tree, then Auruo came to kill said titan, and Hanji told her to stop mid way and Auruo got caught and almost eaten but later saved by Levi. 

Petra then points out to the tree then they found out that there’s a headless body in it. Hanji checks the uniform, finding out that it’s from last year’s Recon Corps. Levi then finds the notebook on the ground.
