          She Had This Laugh. Pardon the formatting, I'll edit this when I get into my laptop, but that was where I was testing my theme and was a potential URL change from this one before I chose to archive the old blog with this URL and move it here.          It was quite fun to have the father of all vampires wrapped round her finger -- squeezed tight beneath her thumb. Sure he wasn’t Klaus’ father, not biologically, but he was Elijah’s, && that was something ( even as he burst into her bathroom ). “You know it’s rude to interrupt someone’s quiet time,” Kat smirked, relaxing in the porcelain tub with its clawed feet && cool shape. “-- Now why would I do that?? You haven’t served your purpose yet.” ❞ 

         "You are really fooling yourself aren’t you?? Thinking she’d even look at you when she has Stefan on the brain. Honestly, Damon, I thought you were smarter than that. My mistake.” ❞

         She’d been watching him -- albeit quietly, enshadowed as she sat in her seat, but watching all the same. This wasn’t Damon, no, he’d have tried to have her staked by now, fool’s errand. They both know he would never hurt her -- if it weren’t for the remnant of love he had for her, it would be because she looked like her -- Elena. Dull, over-appreciated, perfect Elena. It got boring just for her to be there. Which was why she left, she was free. Still, as a doppelganger herself, it was strange to see another, && for the older Salvatore sibling to be it. Especially one who sat so closely, it seemed like she wasn’t the only one watching. “If you’re going to stare, the least you could do is buy me a drink.” Easy. ❞

         "So, tell me. What exactly is it about the eternal bore who has both you && your brother fighting for her love?? As far as I can see she’s just a lackluster version of me. In that case, drop her. We both know I’m the one you really want,” her perfectly manicured fingers left a trail of ice && fire upon him -- both burned. “Stop pretending.” ❞

         “You say that like it’s a punishment. Haven’t you heard?? Hell’s under new management. Beside, I’m here now && that rift is somewhere I could always reach -- I’ll be back over && over again. Now what’s that you promised Stefan?? An eternity of misery, well, I think I can do it better. What you think??”
