A list of thing’s to remember. • Patience is everything. • You will fall in love again and it will hurt but you will survive. • Forgive yourself when making a mistake even if others can’t. • Forgive but never forget. • It’s normal to be a “horrible” person once in a while and make a mistake.  • Just because you did something shitty doesn’t mean you’re a shitty person. • Love doesn’t fix that ache in your heart. • Your past is your past. • It’s okay to miss someone who hurt you or you hurt them. It’s human nature. • If you hurt someone, apologize. You don’t get to decide you didn’t hurt them. • He is not the sun, you are. • Yes it’s okay to love yourself. • You should not feel guilty for forgiving yourself when others can’t.   • No means no. • You can wear whatever the fuck you want, that does NOT give a man, let alone ANYONE the right to put their hands on you and treat you like a animal. • Follow your heart but listen to what your brain has to say. • Sex will not fix that hole in your heart. It will feel good but you will still have the same problems the next morning. • Forever doesn’t mean forever. • You will not be the same person you were 5 months ago and that’s okay. • It’s okay to get lost for a while as long as you find your way back. • Just because you didn’t finish at the same time as anyone else doesn’t mean you are a failure.  • If he lays a hand on you in any way other than love HE IS NOT THE ONE. • Please get help because there isn’t a time when someone doesn’t need help in coping.  • No you do not have to have a baby. • No you do not have to cover yourself  up at family event just because it makes your uncles “uncomfortable.” • Drink your water bitch. • Always do things with love. and most importantly, love yourself. Love yourself in ways you wish someone else would love you. Self love doesn’t start at 100 %. Sometimes it starts with 1% or 5%. Just because he or she failed to love who you are does not mean you are unloveable because you are lovable. You deserve love and happiness even if your head is saying otherwise. You will survive and you will grow and you will glow.
