January 2, 2017: Straighten Posture
I am an architecture student, which means I spend countless hours every day either sitting at a drafting table or in front of a laptop. (It doesn’t help that I spend some of my free time in front of my laptop on social media too.) You can probably guess how my posture is like, so poor it would be under the line of poverty.
Proper posture should be like the following:
Some negative effects of poor posture include:
Worsens Depression and Stress
Causes Digestive Issues
Poor Breathing
Back, Shoulder and Neck Pain
Tension Headaches
This may take some getting used to, but you help yourself in so many ways. Like killing two birds with one stone.
