Being on self-imposed lockdown (since the government is unwilling to commit to it, like an indecisive boomer at the Sizzler salad bar), has afforded me more time to draw, but I want to stress that people shouldn't feel pressured to suddenly be super productive. I finished the thing! Well, these two parts of the thing. There's still greaves, weaponry and clothing left to go. Glad I went ahead with repainting both. The helmet was finished but I wasn't quite happy with it, so bit the bullet and started over. Made some changes to the cuirass: now my head fits through the neck hole without incurring brain damage, some trimming and filling to refine the fit, and topped it off with an akroterion (the acanthus leaf motif in the centre).
