Sounds familiar, right? We've all heard the name floating around somewhere, right? Maybe some of us have even read a few chapters of it! 🤭 Two years later, he finished publishing the eight-volume story that we all know and love. Nearly 4.5 million words in Chinese, and with a rough estimate of 2.7million words (depending on the translation and the person, thank you reddit) when translated into English. Add two more years to write Circle of Inevitability to the list, and we are looking at approximately 8 million words in Chinese, and 4.7 million when translated into English.

All of that from one author!

And now I hear some of us are here to challenge that word count!!!

But as Cuttlefish wraps up this universe after eight years of on-and-off writing about it, we're all here right now for one reason, so let us pull back the curtains to announce~

The sign-ups will be open through the month of April, so come join and tell other fans about our event to spread the pain joy of Lord of Mysteries! Drag more friends to read the novels or watch the donghua, and see if they'd like to join us in this event by the fans and for the fans. 

As one of the smaller online fandoms (although we're huge for webnovels!), do you remember how you felt after reading the story and realising that you need fanfiction and fanart to fill the hole in your heart? Do you remember when you first searched up the IP and realised that— wow! There are some amazing arts and fics for it? 

Now it's our turn to create more for the fans who will inevitably join us as the games come out and the donghua continue. Let's give them all the cake they can eat!

Come join us for months of collaboration, yelling, and conspiring as you and your fellow artists/writers while we figure out things such as what each character's fashion sense would be if they were genderbent. Or perhaps how they would fare dropped on a deserted island with no way to escape! What animals would they be if they suddenly woke up one day as non-humans?

Or perhaps your questions are simpler: what if this character and that character swapped bodies? What if someone restarted the story with full knowledge of what's to come?

What if one pivotal moment changed the course of the story forever?? (You know which one I'm talking about.)
