Anime of the day Pride Month: Sasameki Koto

Released: 2009

Also called Whispered Words, this anime is adorable. This is 13 episodes running about 24 minutes. This is yuri/shoujo ai. The story is about two girls. One who likes girls but has always been rejected. And the second only has eyes for the first, but the first is oblivious to that.

Overall this anime is a perfect introduction to the yuri/shoujo ai genre. The story is nicely paced, the humor well developed, and the characters show actual growth. Everything is positive with this anime, and now I want to watch it again.
