I felt rlly insecure today. So ofcourse i ate comforting high calorie foods so tht i wouldn't spiral and cry.
My bf told me to come to him for reassurance but i dont know how to do tht again and again again 🙄😩.
Anyways. My goal is to keep moving until i burn 1k calories. I'll carve out 2 hrs if i hve to. But my watch needs to hit 1k calories.

Just a glimpse into some of the things I ate today.
For my mental health im pretty sure this week im just gnna focus on working out in the morning and eating whatever I want with decent macros.
Next week I'll try to focus on working out and being in a mild calorie deficit.
