This doubt doesnt necessarily have to do with your work at all times. You can work easily enough, strategically and systematically. But the self doubt at that point has absorbed into your daily life. You arent sure why you do certain things, and the idea of making new decisions seems a bit unrealistic for your tolerance.

You start to wonder why you like certain people, and why they like you back. Or moreso, you go into a headspace or paranoia from that self doubt and your head clouds over all reason. When someone says something you immediately doubt their intentions, and you cant tell if they were always in-genuine and you didnt notice, or if they seem in-genuine now because of your own state.
