"I'm only criticizing the people who are lazy on purpose" is just not the reassurance people think it is when nearly every disabled person has been accused of not really being disabled and just being lazy on purpose

It's always "stop harming yourself or we'll have to lock you up!!!" and never "what do you need to change to want to harm yourself less and how can we help you make some of these changes?" and that's why we're not getting anywhere

Im addicted to losing weight rn. Like I just HAVE to.

Stepping on the scale is such a disappointment. I’m losing weight but I’m just not satisfied with what I see

Do they only care when im physically sick on the outside?
