As soon as both admins have agreed on which application to accept. Should you wish, you can also apply for an original characters and if you are not accepted as Mary, you could get accepted for that role instead.

I am not sure that I understand your question correctly; you have to fill in the application (one form is for premade character and the other for original character) and submit it here. If you need an example of how to fill in an application, you can find here for either of the application forms.
