Dead Inside

One second I think I'm over you, the next I find myself crying on my bedroom floor, drowning in a pool of my own tears, my heart's shattered pieces scattered across the floor and here I am again trying to pull myself back together after you tore me appart.

I want to stop feeling like I'm crazy. I want the voices in my head to stop shouting at me and the demons in my eyes to stop screaming for help. I want to smile without hiding tears and laugh without feeling an emptiness inside. Will I ever take a single breath without feeling the weight of this sadness suffocating me? Someone tell me, will I ever be okay?

Everything is going to shit. I've lost you, and with you left the last shred of happiness left inside of me. You were my everything and now that you're gone I'm left with nothing but the broken pieces of me that you left behind.
