“Hi!” Appearing right next to the other girl, the blonde haired girl with the blue and pink spray painted space buns cheerfully grinned at the other. She didn’t even know her, only finding familiarity in not only recognizing the other girls face from seeing her around the island before, but also from the performance she had made not too long ago. Webby didn’t even know of the songs that the other had performed, but found that they sounded very pretty and the dancing the girl did was also very mystifying. Which is why once she had caught sight of her, the blonde excitedly made her way towards her. “I’m Webby! And you’re Lilo, right?” Webby questioned, as if she didn’t already know that was the other girls name after reading it announced right before her performance. “I really liked your performance! Literally, my favorite besides the one Launchpad did with Ms. Poppy and Mr. Benny.” @lololilo
Lilo had been terrified to perform. She almost didn’t go onstage at all after she saw some of the people before her! They were all so dazzling and fun and she was just a girl with a ukulele. How Stitch convinced her to do this she would never know, but once she had sung and was off-stage again she was better. It was a little fun but...still it was a lot on her and she really needed to eat something or hide away. Whichever came first. But then she was stopped by a stranger and her first instinct was to run, but she seemed so nice that Lilo just couldn’t bring it in herself to do it. “Y-Yeah I’m Lilo,” she said slowly. She blushed a bit. “I....Thank you. Are you friends with Launchpad....and the others?”

“Oh, hi,” Steven grinned as he turned to her. “Well, I mean it can be sometimes,” he chuckled a bit. “It’s my charity. We raise money to help LGBTQ+ shelters and offer emotional support to those who could be struggling either to find a safe place or to find people who they can feel comfortable coming out and just feeling themselves around. We do a bunch of stuff all that’s all sort of centered around spreading positivity and acceptance and self love.” He offered her one of the fliers. “We’re always looking for volunteers or if you feel like there’s something you could benefit from we have a calendar on our website of our group meet ups where it’s… well, one of my friends calls it a ‘therapy circle,’ but really its just sort of a forum where you get to talk about some of your experiences or your day or something you’re looking forward to and there are just people there to listen, and it’s a great way for people to feel like their voice is being heard. I’m Steven, by the way. It’s nice to meet you.”
Lilo took one of the fliers,but she looked up at him, making sure she heard everything he was saying. He was really passionate and she respected that. But the thought of therapy anything made her wanna reject it. But how could she reject something so good? It was tough. “Steven? I’m Lilo,” she extended her arm to him. “And Project Love sounds like it does a lot of good. I hope you have a lot of people helping out ‘cause that would be kinda shitty if you didn’t.”

“Are you crying?” Lilo asked, looking the girl up and down, incredibly confused. “I mean...Yeah those girls are mean, but they could have said worse. They could have called you some pretty nasty things but they just said you had an ugly top. I mean....” Lilo paused, smiling awkwardly. “....it’s a cute top?”

“What’s that?” Lilo asked, pointing to the flyers in his hand. She liked to sign up for things, it was her thing right now. And she wanted to spread the love, do more good, and all that stuff because she knew her goodness streak was a little on the low lately. She wanted to do better, she really did. “Project Love? Is that like a free hugs kind of thing?”

“Hi! I’m Faline, I’d love to talk to you about joining Corona University’s Nature Club, we meet every Saturday and- oh, okay.” Faline’s face fell as the stranger walked away. She couldn’t watch her fail anymore and walked over to her. “Hey,so, umm...I like what you got going for yourself.” She gestured to the flyers. “But you gotta be more assertive. Or attention-grabbing. Or people are just gonna keep ignoring you.” She shrugged. “If you want, you can practice a pitch on me.”
