Hello, everyone! Sure has been a while, huh? Hard to believe it's been over 5 years years, woof.
I thought it might be best to go ahead and. Well. Explain myself, I guess. I would have done it before I posted the first note of the blog's return but 1. I thought it was a lot funnier to just drop one out of the blue and 2. I didn't want to make any promises I couldn't keep, which is something I have been known to do, so I wanted to make sure I could find inspiration for a few more notes before I wanted to say I was back in any official way. I hope that makes sense.
That said! Time to get into the reason for this post!
Part of the reason I was gone for so long is that I wasn't even in high school anymore for the second half of the short time this blog was active, and obviously as time progressed it made it harder and harder to really be able to get into the mindset I needed to be in to make notes.
Lately I had been thinking about this blog a lot and found myself wishing it was back, but I knew there was no way I could continue with it with them in high school. So, there was one obvious solution: college!
Now, something I didn't anticipate (and definitely should have) is there would be people just finding this blog for the first time. If that's you, hello! Welcome! Here is an old post that offers a brief explanation of some of the details and dynamics in the au.
So, a TL;DR and a handful of important things to note that I haven't addressed yet:
-the boys are in college now!
-I won't be posting nearly as often as I did the first time around, but hopefully that'll allow for some semblance of longevity.
-I have a bunch of old asks in my inbox that I will likely try to get to (and boy howdy do I apologize in advance to the people who asked them and might not even be into rvb anymore)
