I'm new to yoga. Where do you suggest I start (if you have any suggestions that is no worries if you don't want to answer this) I don't have the money to go and take a class. I just really want to do yoga because I hear its good for anxiety and mine is oddly always super high :/ so I'm trying to find ways to control it without having to take more medicine.
