FINALLY!!

What took you so long? Half here, along with Mayuyu. We’ve been waiting for a HKT member in the ask for quite a while. ^^So sit down, relax, and let us tell you why we love Murashige Anna.

1) Her kindness & compassion

When Sasshi first transfered to HKT, Murashige was one of the first members to approach her. Despite being concerned for HKT’s future because of Sasshi’s presence, she helped Sasshi transition her stay in HKT. And when Lovetan transferred, she credits Murashige as to one of the reasons that made her feel welcome. When Chori and Murashige entered the R-1 competition, she gave console to Chori when the pressure of the competiton got to her. Her huge heart reached not only to them but to us as well. 

2) Her beauty

Being half Russian, she’s blessed with beauty that stands out from the rest of her peers. You can’t help but be mesmerized by her green eyes and sheer cuteness. Sometimes she would appear narcissistic but I find it endearing every time she calls herself cute. XD

3) Her sense of humor (Or lack of it)

She’s famous for her “Mentaiko!” gag even though she created other gags as well. Most of them never really took off (Liberty statue, Pineapple, and the latest was chicken wings). She’s so loud, brazen and energetic, which makes her suitable for variety. Even though her joke fail most of the time, but that’s part of Murashige’s charm.

Her G+ is her ultimate source of comedy, being one of the first HKT48 members who has an immense amount of followers because of her “kneeling” or “corner” photo series. Even till now, her G+ remains as one of the popular HKT48 accounts, reaching 500 comments in an instant.

4) Her charming stupidity

She used to post her homework on G+ asking for answers from her fans. Just a few weeks ago, she posted her work on G+ and asked the fans to check if her answer was right. XD When asked what is the language she wants to learn aside from Japanese and Russian, she answered “America language”. And who can forget “Okutoqasu”!

5) Her performances

It is acknowledged by both fans and the other members that Murashige is one of the good singers in HKT. She sang “Aoi Sangosho” on Hakata Hyakkaten that wow-ed everyone. Members praised her “Seifuku Resistance” performance when she subbed for Sasshi’s position. And recently, she was center for “Oogoe Diamond” for AKB’s Kouhaku. Being trusted to sing the solo lines even when there are many other members from AKB and her sister group shows how much trust they have put in Murashige’s performing abilities.

6) Her shyness

Despite being energetic in her performances and in television shows, Murashige is really shy in real life. It’s such an adorable gap from her usual loud character. She even consulted Matsui Jurina when she had trouble making friends in her school. Last year, she finally made a friend and the rest of the member were really happy for her.

7) Her friendship with others

I find that Murashige brings out the best of others. With her friendship with Sakura, she brings out the craziness in Sakura. Even going as far as buying horse masks together. With her friendship with Boss, she sharpens Boss’ talking and retorting skill. Either it’s with her running gag of apologizing to Boss after every theater show or just by being the adorable idiot that she is in MC. With her friendship with Chori, she brings out Chori’s comedy skill. Just watching those two together is fun because the other person always trying to outdo the other person’s joke. I feel like that’s the epitome of who Murashige is. Just by being with her, she brings out the best in you.
