I hate relapsing.

Does anyone have genuine tips to calm down from severe anxiety.

We don’t have health insurance but we have HORRIBLE anxiety,

That we need to take medication for. We haven’t had this medication in a long while. For reasons. But our anxiety is getting to a point where we need it again. But we can’t. Because of no health insurance.

It’s been happening more frequently again to the point where having panic attacks/ Anxiety attacks almost everyday again. Along with the chest pains almost constantly.
