The company also has a state of art tool room where all moulds and dies are checked for precision and timely delivery.

The wall thickness, hardness of the mould are all calculated according to the design… the amount of stress cement will impart to the wall.  The bottom thickness of the mould is presciently made for proper vibration of cement

Calculation of all the parameters are computerized These moulds are available in different textures and sizes. The mould sizes vary from 12mm up to 100mm in thickness. Each mould will be available in precision interlocks for pavements etc or with artistic designs used in wall tiles / Claddings.  The product can be also made according to the needs of the customers.

Available in different finishes and textures e.g. Sandblast finish, Itching etc. Cleaning required only while changing color hence a lot of savings in terms of labor. Each Mould highly durable and can withstand extreme temperatures.

The moulds have no reaction with the chemicals used in the manufacturing of tiles and hence the finish would be the same throughout the life of the mould. Can withstand temperatures up to 95 degree centigrade. Customized Designs  Once the mould is not in use there is a resale value for the same.
