Inktober 2016! I’m very excited, I just hope I can keep it up Here is Day 1!

This was my first ever Indian ink drawing which sparked my now huge interest in all ink pieces! There was a time that I worked exclusively in ink! Although this drawing holds a very special place in my heart, everyone in my Year 9 Art class followed a template so there are many more of these out there haha! 

Another early drawing- bridges in Cambridge. Ink on paper. I enjoy the fact that the mini columns on top of the bridge are of slightly varying sizes and shapes! 

I used to absolutely despise people looking at my work and at times I still find this challenging but it has become more of a process allowing me to enjoy the developmental “imperfect” drawings more as well as producing the final, polished pieces.
