this got a much bigger response than i ever anticipated, thank you all so much <33 just to reassure anyone who's worried, i am still in a good safe place for the moment. I'd rather not go into the details of it all, but suffice to say that i'm not in serious danger of being unhoused atm and i have a good amount of time to get things sorted. the Haruspex video will be finished before i'm forced out of here. im confident that i will be fine. however, it will also definitely be expensive, and I definitely did not see this coming in anyway, and it's definitely hurt pretty profoundly. it does feel like the latest in a long line of moments where I, a transfem, am disposed of because that's the easiest choice to make. this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me, but this is perhaps the first time I don't feel acutely alone in it, and that's why i was able to sleep relatively easily last night.
