I use several cameras + my phone, too, sometimes. Recently most of the photos have been taken with Canon EOS 90D, but I still use my good old friend Nikon d5000, and sometimes Fujifilm X-A2.

However, the blurry background and the doll in focus effect, also known as shallow depth of field is achieved by the lens, and has less to do with camera itself.

A few months ago, I finally bought prime lenses of 50mm and 35mm focal length, with large/wide aperture (low f-number like f/1.8 and f/2.8), and a lens like that will give you the desired effect.

Before, for this effect, I used to use a telephoto lens (but it meant I had to step back from the object). (Nothing fancy, though - Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Tele Macro.)
