The one thing that is never completely lost on Zimbabweans, love him or hate him, Mugabe has always been a cut above the rest. Even at a very advanced age he still amazes even the most rabid of his critics. Yes, I agree he has over stayed and has played his part. In the greater scheme of things, thereâŚ

Mugabe clearing the deck for Grace #Coulditbe ...There is a sytematic process of elimination of political players within ZANU PF. Zimbabwe, could it be that we once again have been out smarted by the old man.

Happy Birthday Zimbabwe, get well soon!
There is a saying âpeople get the leadership they deserveâ . As Zimbabweans we have subconsciously or consciously settled for mediocrity at the expense of our sanity and wellbeing. To think that 37 years after our hard won independence we have citizens in our midst that still believe Robert Mugabe and Morgan Tsvangirai will take us out of our misery is really, really sad. Leadership is aboutâŚ

Are Zimbabweans being sold a dummy?
Over the past week, we have seen a lot of activity within the party of liberation â ZANU PF.  Most of that activity centred on magnifying the perceived factional fighting between âG 40 and âLacosteâ factions. The fighting escalated following first lady Grace Mugabeâs rallies in Matabeleland which largely went unsupported by her traditional allies which included the Political Commissar XavierâŚ

When Mugabe says âthere is nobody who is fit to take overâ from his leadership, as arrogant as it may sound, what is not being said is that those who have been aware of the vision of the founding fathers, have not uptly demostrated the ability or the willingness to implement the vision for Zimbabwe as espoused by the values of Chimurenga 1 and 2. Such that when the batom is passed on, through death, annoitment or election, the deserving person must embrace the principles and the promises given post-independence 1980. It is pretty obvious Mugabe doesnât have such a person in his midst, hence the procrastination

Zimbabwe and the bigger picture When Mugabe says "there is nobody who is fit to take over" from his leadership, as arrogant as it may sound, what is not being said is that those who have been aware of the vision of the founding fathers, have not uptly demostrated the ability or the willingness to implement the vision for Zimbabwe as espoused by the values of Chimurenga 1 and 2.

Listened to Amai Mujuruâs interview on hardtalk. eeish!! its unfortunate that she is still at pains, unsucessfully to distance herself from ZANU PF and her role in government. Amai Mujuru was in the Zimbabwe government for 36 years, 10 of them as vice-president, zimbabweâs number 2. For her to say she did not know or was merely taking orders sounds much like the accomplices of Adolf Hitler whoâŚ

Mujuru visit to the United Kingdom â An analysis
I was one of the many people that were invited to the International Think Tank, Chatham House in London, England to hear Dr Joice Mujuru, president of Zimbabwe People First deliver her paper on the 6th of October. The discussion topic was â How opposition politics is changing in Zimbabwe. The meeting was chaired by the Rt Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind, former UK Foreign Secretary between 1995 to 1997.âŚ

Asked by a BBC reporter in 1979 whether he had any qualms over the use of violence on the Smith regime. Mugabe answered. âWe have tried all manner of peacefully demostrations, with the biggest being in Salisbury in which Sally took part. These have not been successful and hence the armed struggleâ- So for those who areâŚ
