Vartouhi made sure to take her time, letting her arm block view of him as she adjusted the strap in the back so it fit snugly around his head. âIs that comfortable?â she questioned, a hand falling to his shoulder to apply gentle pressure as she stepped to the side, trying to turn him to face away from the fans.
( â The corner of his lips rises into a lopsided smile, the color of embarrassment lightly painting a hue across his cheeks. Indeed, itâs odd for an idol to forget how easily recognizable they are, but in Jasonâs ample defense, he has not gotten accustomed to the role he plays just yet. Itâs been almost two months since his debut, but he still struggles with the comprehension that he is actually pulling off this facade. People believe he is a godgifted performer -- Trained to the bone, despite the truth being anything but.Â
He chuckles, his fingers brushing across her fringe in order to bring some of the unruly strands back in order. âLetâs just say I am overwhelmed by the fact that people actually recognize me, for the first time in twenty-five years,â he tells her, the smile faded, but the sparks of bemusement still very much apparent in his eyes, âI lived my life as a normal guy for so long, itâs hard to to remind myself that Iâm no longer just that.â He taps the cap with a satisfied hum, âvery comfortable, thank you, Touhi.â )
Heâs caught off guard by the sudden statement directed at him given that Doyoung is normally zoned-out state of mind. Peeling his eyes away from the sheaf of papers that outlined his schedules for the day, he looks up at the older male, instantly recognizing him which earned the other a bow of head from himself. â AH â thank you for your kind words, Jaesun-ssi. Iâm flattered that you have heard our songs. â
Truth be told, Doyoung was probably not the most outgoing or social of his group so he was clueless as to how he could guide the conversation further with someone he had just met for the first time though it did help that he was aware of the older male and his songs. â Could rumors be trusted that youâre indeed having a comeback soon or is that information much too classified at this stage? â
( â The undercover part of his job thus far has been the hardest. Jason had been naturally sociable when he lived in America, but for the role as J-SUN he has crafted more of a front for himself. His mission is to get closer to other idols, but instead he can just feel himself distancing from them, a natural reaction to keeping his true identity hidden. Doyoung however is a likable kid, friendly and eager. He makes it easy for Jason to speak, and mold himself into the person he needs to be for this mission.

2. WHAT IS YOUR REAL NAME?
My passport reads Jaesun Jason Lee. Because I grew up in America, my parents decided on a name that is both Korean and Western. In order to avoid confusion about the pronunciation, my parents made Jason my middle name, but I think it just adds to the confusion, doesnât it? ( laughs )
3. DO YOU KNOW WHY YOU WERE CALLED THAT?
The name means respect and goodness, so maybe these are qualities my parents hoped would transfer to me through the name. ( laughs ) Other than that, I think they just liked it.
4. ARE YOU SINGLE OR TAKEN?
I am dating... My fans of course. ( laughs ) Right now, any other love affair is out of the question. My career is number one.
5. HAVE ANY ABILITIES OR POWERS?
Ah... The ability to make people feel things, perhaps? I mean, that is my ultimate goal as an artist, of course. To make people feel a strong emotion when they hear one of my songs.

7. WHATâS YOUR EYE COLOR?
My natural eye color is brown.
8. HOW ABOUT YOUR HAIR COLOR?
My natural hair color is a very dark brown, but for my latest promotions it was dyed completely black. I am planning to dye my hair to a lighter color soon.
9. HAVE YOU ANY FAMILY MEMBERS?
I have an older sister, and my parents! My grandparents from fatherâs side are no longer with us, but my grandma from motherâs side lives in Seoul and is still very healthy! I visit her as often as I can.
10. OH? WHAT ABOUT PETS?
When I lived in America I used to have a dog, but he died before I went to Korea to become a trainee. Lately I have been thinking to get a dog, once my promotions settle down. I want to raise it by myself, so Iâll need enough free time!
11. THATâS COOL I GUESS, NOW TELL ME ABOUT SOMETHING YOU DONâT LIKE.
Ah... What I donât like? Injustice, is the thing I canât stand the most. When I was young I would often get into brawls with the bullies at my school, because I could not stand their behavior. I believe that if you have a voice, and the opportunity to speak up against bad things happening to other people, it is your moral responsibility to do so.
12. DO YOU HAVE ANY HOBBIES/ACTIVITIES YOU LIKE DOING?
I have learned how to play the guitar, and I play piano, which I both enjoy. Other than that I play video games like League of Legends, and Overwatch.Â

Havenât we all at some point in our lives?

Do mosquitoes count? Because if so? Yes. Plenty of times.Â

According to my fans I resemble a dog? ( laughs ) Iâm not sure if thatâs a compliment or not, but considering I am very loyal and protective over my loved ones, I think that is a fair comparison.Â
16. NAME YOUR WORST HABITS.
I get frustrated easily. When practice doesnât go as well as expected, or I donât pick up a song fast enough I get into a slump.
17. DO YOU LOOK UP TO ANYONE AT ALL?
I look up to the brave men, and women who risk their lives every day to keep our country safe. I am very thankful to them.
18. GAY, STRAIGHT, OR BISEXUAL?
I support the right for everyone to love who they want to love.
19. DO YOU GO TO SCHOOL?
Not anymore, I have finished my criminal law studies in America, however.

Ah, one day, definitely. I think Iâd be a good father.

Yes, I am actually overwhelmed and extremely thankful for all the support I have gotten since my debut.Â

Not living up to the expectations other people have of me. It really stresses me out sometimes.

Most of my clothing is picked out for me, but whenever I do get the chance to dress myself, jeans, sneakers and a simple shirt are a must.

I love everyone who has ever supported me on my road to becoming an idol! I could not have done it without them.
