#transformationtuesday BEHOLD my transformation from sad to sensational 😀 You might look at this and say, "WOW! Have you seen Phill's transformation pics?" or "Look how much weight he's lost!" But unless you truly know me what you'll see is only skin deep. It's the Tformation INSIDE that is unrecognizable to most people. MY TRANSFORMATION RESULTS are... •WEIGHTLOSS was easy. Not only have I dropped a few unwanted kilos but I've also dropped the negetive self-talk and self-sabotaging habits that weighed HEAVIEST on my life! THAT was the hardest part. •STRENGTH GAINZ- My physical strength has improved dramatically; my mental strength is now more powerfull then EVER before...but not without first recognising and strengthening my mental weaknesses. •ENERGY & PERFORMANCE- My energy levels are at most times through the roof which allows me to perform at my peak in the gym and stay awake at work! Removing 'Energy Vampires' from my life was a fete to perform and tbh sometimes I just CBF! •BETTER DIGESTION- My digestive system has improved ALOT since feeding my body with nutritious, wholesome tree-food and cleansing my body of toxins....it's the difference in how I digest reality and deal with toxic influences in my life that is most noticeable. •FINANCIAL FREEDOM- I'm not saying I'm "rich" with money now or can retire just yet but my whole perspective of WHY I'm earning money has completely transformed the way I MAKE money...."I don't work for money, money works for me!" •FAMILY, FUN & FRIENDSHIP- My whole life has been turned downside-up, for if it weren't for the inspiring people I surround myself with, I'd be struggling. The friends I have made, the family I've gained and ohhh the FUN that I've had has really made this life worth living 😆 So there you have it. My PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL transformation.
