irisdane:
âyou donât look okay.â iris tells her, raising an eyebrow at lizzy, before iris moves away from the cow and her calf, eyes following lizzy and so did her feet.ânah not much. just a few small rock falls, but nothing too damaging. just spooked animals but iâve got them calm enough that theyâre eating now.â she says with a nod of her head.
Lizzyâs head was still reeling form the voices and whines. But she could hear that everything was starting to calm. Most of the horses in the barn were talking to each other and the livestock in the filed were lulling themselves to sleep. She sat down on the nearest stool outside the barn that faced the paddock. Her body now caught up to her mind and she realized that thirst gripped at her throat. Albeit her legs were still jelly beneath her and exhaustion still kept her mind at odds.
