Maybe I'm the only one but... I'm a 29 yo teacher and sometimes I just force myself to eat because I don't wat to faint in front of my teenage students, and also I know some of em have the same issues I do and I wat to help them with the example that food is not bad for them, but the I'll feel miserable for eating... I just don't want them to fall into this, they deserve better... Stay safe

Couple of busy days, but benn keeping 18 hours of fast and one meal a day plan, still, gotta do better

didn't miss the insomnia, the constant trigger by food, the feel of being worthless... but how thing, pretty, and light I feel when I ⭐ve myself for hours on end <3

23 hours and going, been staring at the snacks machine and said no even with light head, and a whale in my stomach, yesterday I was around 500 cals... I need more caffeine but is getting me anxiety so I guess I'll go with water for now

been fasting for 20 hours every day lately, but tomorrow I think I will have to eat at a social meeting at night so... let's see how many hours can I go, pray for me and my dizzy head
