if any of you are hating on oscar and sending him death threats on instagram or saying absolutely disgusting things about him here or on other social media you need to take a long look in the mirror and then step back. you're threatening and attacking a human being over nothing. he is a racing driver. he was racing. it's not like he kamikazed into lando, he just overtook him. it is not oscar's fault that lando had a slow stop. yes he had damage but that doesn't mean he didn't have as much of a right to race and fight for positions as anyone else on that track, lando included.
he doesn't have to be your favourite and i understand you're upset for lando's race but genuinely what is wrong with you that you're reacting like this and treating him this way? do you think lando would be proud of you? lando who values mental health and had to deal with so much online hate in the last few years? do you seriously think he wants fans who will turn around and treat his teammate the way he was treated?
get a grip, stop being so parasocial, and learn how to handle your disappointment without lashing out at oscar (or any other driver for that matter) and threatening him/wishing harm on him.
