good things are coming

Healing is a constant state. You don't have to be "fully healed" to give or receive love, to chase after that dream, or to get yourself to that next level.

you are loved. on quiet days that feel meaningless, during long nights when loneliness consumes you, when you’re reminiscing and grieving the past, on good days that feel like warmth and light, always remember that you are loved. 

if it hurts you it hurts you. you’re allowed to be sad about things.

a million apologies to myself for letting too much slide.

make peace with what didn’t happen, what passed you by. what wasn’t there for you wasn’t meant for you.

You can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Study or work in a new city. Start socialising with new people. Choose a new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you don’t like where you’re at, but you don’t know what to do about it - try starting again.

i stopped focusing so much on how i was being perceived and starting focusing on how i was perceiving myself and treating myself in my own mind body and soul. self love and discovery is necessary at a time like this.
