My blood is fucking boiling rn... like anger don’t even cut it

Can feel myself crashing again, I just want to go home and hibernate for a weeks

7 years... I felt so unstable not feeling like I am myself and not being unable to comprehend the feelings I feel and understanding why I am having ups and downs all the time. It took me 7 years of being passed about, and you just a teenager it will pass, or you depressed, here’s medication. 7 years it took for someone to listen and having been diagnosed with bpd, it’s a relief to know someone has finally listened and said look you are not alone. To hear someone say we can help you with understanding why you feel the way you do and being able to process why I get these emotions all at once. I feel like I can finally breathe
