I wanted to make the first half more angsty and focus on the enemies to lovers dynamic they have and the second half about the love, trust and deep connection they slowly form between one another and honestly that ending with those quotes breaks my heart every god damn time. I hope this gives you all the spuffy feels like it gave me!
