there was a moment where I think I misunderstood the instructions - they told me to really push myself physically. Every 3 min they would increase the speed and incline and take BP and ask me to rate how much exertion I felt using the borg scale. I just kept walking as fast as I could. At a certain point it would have felt more “natural” to pick up pace and run but they told me not to run bc we wanted to go as long as possible. They asked if I could go one more minute and I wasn’t so sure with my answer esp if I had to keep speed walking ?? (having the mask on so didn’t help with communication) and I had to keep my hands on the bar in front of me …so instead of continuing, they slowed the treadmill down and I transitioned it a cool down period then they took more ECG when I laid back down
