Oh 100%!!! That lil guy is a chatter box, even if it's coming out in babbles!

Of course though, sometimes Grace is trying to tell his carer/older sib that he wants something but he just can't get the word out!

"Ah'wee'ant!"

Stratt blinks, she's been on this word for the last three minutes ever since Grace came toddling over to her. She thought herself decent at translating any language but, turns out toddler babbles weren't not in her abilities.

She couldn't lie to herself though, it was rather adorable watching Grace's face scrunch up with a huffy puff of air when she tries to guess what he's saying.

Stratt glances over to Ilyukhina, who was laying haphazardly over the couch.

"Do you know what he's asking for?" Stratt asked as she scooped Grace to sit with her.

Ilyukhina tilted her head, "what'cha need Gracey?"

"Ah'wee'ant," Grace says, his voice a bit more whiny from the seventh attempt.

Ilyukhina smiles and nods, "oh yeah, I know exactly what he's talking about," she says as she slides off the couch.

Grace's head perks up when Ilyukhina comes back into the room. Surely she would understand, it was tiny to tiny telepathy!

Then she holds out a giraffe with a grin.

Grace's pout intensifies, "noooooo, not gee'raft," he whines, pressing his face against Stratt's shoulder.

"Ilyukhina," Stratt warns as her brow raises.

Ilyukhina chuckles, "okay okay, I give, I give," she says, "you want this dont'cha?"

She then grabs an object out of her pocket and Grace's eyes light up. His hands instantly reaching out with an impatient bounce.

Stratt wants to sigh as she watches Ilyukhina hand Grace the toy.

"Elephant, you wanted your elephant."

Grace nods, holding the elephant figure out to Stratt with a happy smile.

"Ah'wee'ant," he nods.

Stratt looks back at Ilyukhina, "and you couldn't have told us that earlier?"

THE silliest Papa!

• ALWAYS narrating what he does because he knows thats good for tiny one's to know what exactly is happening, especially when they're baby headspace 💖

• Loves scooping them up and peppering them with kissies, always cooing over them because they'll giggles when his scruffy beard tickles their cheeks/face

• Science teacher through and through! He loves to put on tot/baby shows that are science related. He's personally a huge fan of Sid the Science Kid because it's not too overstimulating for his baby♡

• There's like several tabs open on his phone for mundane task (he has three wikihow tabs dedicated to proper bottle care and two youtube vids on how to distract tiny ones during changes or during meal time on demand xD) because he might be a scientist but oh goodness is he still learning the ropes of being a carer!

• He's really good at playing with his baby! He's a master at giving the best voices to their teddies and a god at making the best imaginary tea♡♡♡

• Sooo much praise! He loves praising his baby! He'll ruffle their hair and tell them what a good job they're doing as they stack their blocks or babble along as he's reading to them ;u;

stratt uses excuses of keeping grace focused and calm so she doesn’t have to admit that it helps her too. taking on the simple task of taking care of little grace is soothing, she doesn’t have to think about big terrifying end of the world choices, all she has to do is feed him, keep him safe, let him feel little and cared for.

Oh, hi Rocky! You startled me a bit!! I was just introducing myself to the class-

Yeah, they are!! That being said, this is a low stress and fun place for age regressors, age dreamers, and others that may or may not fit under those umbrellas but still would like somewhere to talk to a caregiver. I love littles and middles of all age ranges so please don't worry about whether you're "too big" to hang out here!!

Ilyukhina, huffing and crossing her arms over her chest: fiiiiiine but I'm still letting him at least trrrrry a sip

Like, imagine how he reacted after throwing a huge tantrum with Stratt for the first time and getting a timeout. I feel like he'd be very embarrassed when he's big.

The fuuuuussiest yet most apologetic!

Oh my goodness, Grace was very grumpy that day! He missed his nap, he's been working EXTRA hard and was just crumbling!!

So, when Stratt told him no to having skittles before lunch...ooh he was NOT a happy camper. He stomped his foot and cried before just plopping onto the ground and just sobbed and kept pushing whatever was close to him further and further away because he's upset and he's just so fussy!

Of course Stratt isn't one to let tantrums go. She knows Grace is upset but she also knows he needs a calm down time. So, she goes over to Grace and plucks him up (grabbing hold of his arm) and marches him over to the corner of the room, somewhere with nothing stimulating, just a smooth wall and stepping stool.

Grace sits there, arms crossed over his chest and the most serious pout his little kind can muster up!

It only takes a few minutes before Grace come toddling back over to Stratt, face stained with tears and some very apologetic eyes and he sniffles.

"M'orry Mama, I didn', didn' mean to be bad," his voice so small and watery.

Stratt looks at Grace and softly sighs, "I know you didn't mean to be, but, you were. That's why you went to timeout," she pauses, patting her lap slightly, continuing her sentence once Grace climbed onto her lap, "you needed a quiet place to think about your actions and time to calm down," she runs her fingers through the back of his hair, feeling him relaxing into her touch, "now, we're going to have lunch, you're going to eat it and maybe if you're good, you can have a treat later, okay?"

Grace sniffles, pressing his face into the crook of her neck as he nods, "o'tay."

Oh gosh when Grace is big and vaugly starts to remember his tantrum he is VERY apologetic! Fumbling over his words as he say how sorry he is about being...that emotional over dang skittles!
