I’ve been having a hard time recently... I didn’t know where else to go. I don’t have any family on here so I came to ask for help. I have been recently considering therapy, my mental state is getting to far out of hand and I just don't know what to do anymore. I’m scared to bring it up to my mom and even to my dad( whom I tell every...well almost everything). I don’t know how to pick a therapist, if my insurance covers it, I don't know anything really. I’m just really lost guys...message me if you can help
