okay SO i bought lots of shit to stay healthy and i absolutely love sushi. so even though its expensive i think thats gonna be one of my meals probably everyday.

SNACKS :

avocado with salt and pepper

handful of granola 

yogurt with granola and fruit

cottage cheese

basically i have to eat the shit out of this nasty ass yogurt which is just sour cream okay. the granola makes it tolerable. 

MEALS : 

salad with avo

sushi

lean gourmet meal

Thats literally it. I dont see how i could possibly fail at losing weight when thats all ive bought for myself. 

DRINKS :

water.
