Keep in mind:

Your CG is NOT a constant therapist

They can't always be awake, full of energy, or at your disposal

CG space is a thing and they may not always be in it

They also need time away from responsibility

Sometimes they need some caring for too

To be the best little for your CG:

Allow for space

Communicate your thoughts and feelings

Offer your own shoulder to cry on

Give help where help is needed

Don't always expect rewards or gifts

I've been slowly getting smaller and smaller in my regression to the point I'm becoming more babyish and my baba is so nice About it and helps the best he can! Mms the luckiest baby evers!

♡Be sure to complete or have a plan to implement hygiene

♡Make sure all dangerous objects are out of reach

♡If there is a person you like to regress around be sure to let them know

♡Any restricting clothing is off (for my trans masc kiddos that means binders, especially at night in case you forget to take it off)

♡You are in a safe, comfy environment that will fit your needs

♡If you start to get stressed you have something or a way to calm yourself down (music, a comfort item, etc)

It is important to be safe and comfortable in your regression, these are just a few ways that can be put in practice!

♡ your ideal agere day (going out/staying in, activities, meals, etc)

♡ (if you pet regress) about your petre (ex: what animal(s), how much/often, what your fav outfits/activities are for each etc)

♡ sticker charts (by yourself or with your carer) and a list of rewards to match

♡ calender tracking your regression/dreaming/impure vs pure regression/petre/big days

♡ Sometimes littles have a hard time sleeping, so here’s some tips to help! ♡

♡ Listen to lullabies or your favourite music

♡ Read a small story or put on a podcast

♡ Tuck your stuffed animals in so you can have a sleepover

♡ Don’t drink caffeinated drinks like soda or coffee before bed

♡ Try to stay off your phone for about an hour before trying to sleep

♡ Wear noise-cancelling headphones to prevent being woken up in the middle of the night

♡ Set a bedtime alarm to remind yourself when to sleep

♡ Turn your phone or tablet on do not disturb

♡ Drink something calming like tea or hot cocoa to relax yourself

♡ Use a consistent bedtime routine, a set schedule can help you feel more rested

(be prepared cg's, we can be very hyper) ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Blankets, blankets, and more blankets!! Soft things are a *must* for bunny babies

✧˚₊ ~꒰ Get a chewy ball or crinkle toy! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Run around outside, maybe go to a park and have fun rolling around in the grass! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Don't be shy about carrying around stuffies- lot's of people think it's cute!! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Teethers help lots for little puppies!! Gotta keep those little teefs sharp ;3 ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Watch paw patrol or the "Buddies" movies! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ You can make little baggies of trail mix or cereal to use as kibble! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Outside is everything!! Run around to get the hypers out~ 🥛 Kitten 🥛 ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Try finding some yarn or string and making your own toy-on-a-stick! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Watch a nature documentary! Oooh so many birds to look at and pounce on ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Invest in some jingly bells or crinkle toys! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Milk, whipped cream, and soft fluffy foods are great! Gold fish and little anime crackers are super fun if you don't like real fish :3 ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Fluffy, soft blankets are a 10/10 for taking long cat naps in the sun! ✧˚₊ ~꒰ Paw socks, jumpers, and soft fabrics are purrfect for a little kitty

♡ if texting, many typos and shortened words, some even baby talk and replace certain letters so sound smaller

♡ often zoning out or wistful

♡ some may stim more often (I definitely do)

♡ being "clingy" or requiring more attention (when not given they can also become very upset and feel burdensome)

♡ start referring to stuffies more humanly, for example "but I forgot him :(" "but what if she thinks I dont love her as much?"

♡ censors themself or uses not as complicated words (language and demeanor change most)

♡ being more fearful, sensitivity enhances in regression and things can be a lot scarier

I know my blog is mostly about age regression, but i also pet regress so i decided to make a post about pet regression personalities!

🐈‍⬛ kitten/cat regressors: usually very quiet but can get fussy when doesn’t get what they want, either extremely cuddly or not affectionate at all! very loyal, soft and cute! likes nap times and cuddle time! will nuzzle to their cg! <3 purrs and meows when wants attention! … hisses when it comes to bath time ;w; (aka me-)

🐾puppy/dog regressors: extremely hyper, loves outdoors and energetic 24/7! very very loyal! usually likes playing with other doggies but can get pouty when the cg is not paying attention to them! will always brighten up cg’s mood! ^^

🦊 fox regressors: a smart baby! sneaky and probably likes reading! ,,i can do it, i’m a big kid!” independent! likes outdoors and going to the forest! enjoys games like hide and seek or tag you’re it! might wear glasses :00? can be fussy about nap time!

🐺 wolf regressors: very very very loyal! very fast! will always make sure their cg is okay and make sure to comfort them when feeling sad! enjoys nighttime and prefers sleeping during the day! will howl at the moon! (again - me ;w;)

🐰 bunny regressors: very soft and shy!! super duper quiet and such a cuddly baby! will hide behind their cg! probably likes lullabies and bedtime stories! loves veggies!! cries and gets scared easily! very dependent! ^^ ,,hold me pwease!!” loves being called ,,angel”

🪶 bird regressors: loves outdoors! loves planes!! probably likes müsli! very very hyper and independent baby! loves their cg as much as they love warm sunny days! very fast!!
