Sorry for the lack of updates. I’m really trying. I just started a full time job and I come home tired most days. Today wasn’t so crazy, so I was able to use the last of my energy to finish this page!

I used a different pen shape and wanted to try a different pen for the backgrounds as well. What do you guys think? This comic is a learning experience for me.

He’s not worried that the town is getting destroyed. Like any kid he is concerned that his cartoon privileges will be taken away. That’s a real fear right there.

Welcome back to ALDT! I’m so happy to find time to work on it again! In my sketchbook I have the rest of the story thumbnailed. I only had the ending written in a word document, but now I have all the little extra story elements drawn. If my memory recalls correctly, I think I went a little over my 50 page limit, but that’s ok, I rather have a clear ending than something that feels too rushed. Enjoy and see you next Tuesday.

Floating Moon is both surprised and impressed by her powers.

I'm experimenting with different color pallets, mainly with complementary colors. All I was thinking about is the Wicked Witch of the West while coloring this.

I feel so bad for Fire Torch Wyvern... He only gets two frames. Spoilers: He’s on the next page, but smaller.
