I think the cheap dopamine helps too. The things you come up with to help get you through until you can reset in nature. But maybe what I'm thinking of fits into the "connection" box of this. Sending people things you know will make them smile. The Princess Monster truck meme; I love you lamp; you gave me fleas; "dinosaur"; whatever it is that lights up that little happy place in your brain and gets you through for a little bit longer. But the nature part, the music part, that is so true!
