Breakfast: diet tea and electrolytes water
Lunch: slimming gummies and mini pretzels
Dinner: vanilla protein shake, small serving of fries and ketchup, and vegetable broth (I love drinking vegetable broth)
Snacks: another bag of 100 cal mini pretzels and two more slimming gummies
Went over by 75 cals but I did walk around and exercise more than usual today and luckily Iβve been under 600 cals most days.
