i didn’t realize how helpful (and necessary) my zoloft was until i stopped taking it for reasons out of my control. i managed well the last couple weeks with all the symptoms but the emotional pain the medication was helping to regulate is all back and the coping skills i was taught in therapy just aren’t working. i’m trying to be patient. but i feel horrible and all i want to do is cry
