Btw for curly Binghe lovers, he would most likely be using either fermented rice water or a small (and I mean very small) amount of rice flour mixed with water in his hair. The rice proteins help strengthen the individual hairs as well as hold curls together. Fermented rice water can have an unpleasant smell tho, so orange peels are sometimes added. For hair oil he would probably just add it to his ends since it can weigh down curls. Curly hair is naturally dryer than straight hair, so he would still need to use some.

thing I am proud of: when the doctor started going on a weird rant about long covid not being real I paused and listened to his nonsense for a bit and then very calmly said, in a polite and curious tone, "you don't believe in post-viral illness?" and he like. stammered a bunch and was like OH WELL I'M NOT SAYING -- I DON'T...I just think ..! and backpedaled awkwardly while I just sat there like :3c interesting :3c thank you so much for clarifying your stance on this :3c

an important skill for chronically ill people to develop is the ability to treat the doctor as though they are simply a person you are interviewing to find out how much they know about your condition.

i don't play about corpse rights it's extremely important and serious to me

while i don't believe in an afterlife or souls and do accept that a corpse is an empty space where something once was, i also think that if we give a body which cannot advocate for itself that meaning and personhood, then we cannot simply disregard it as it suits the living to do so without any consideration for the consequences of that, especially when we will all one day be in the same position regardless of our consent in the matter. unlike abortion, where you're advocating for a hypothetical person that doesn't exist yet, a corpse is what remains of someone who did and had a material impact on the world. the dead aren't due any more dignity or respect than the living, but they also aren't due any less for the same reasons, and how much someone values the lives of others among them inevitably reflects how they treat their dead.

perhaps it'd clarify my position to say that, yes, a corpse is an object and an empty space which cannot feel or react, but a body is how we connect and interact with each other and the world, and a corpse is also, unavoidably, a body, however vacant, and you cannot treat a body as you would an object if you want to claim to uphold human rights, because that's a dangerous road with a steep drop

Bing slander to say that Luo Binghe could not be happy if he isn’t Shen Yuan’s wife. That would imply he feels entitled to that position, when a defining characteristic of Luo Binghe is how unworthy and vile he sees himself. He wants to be loved and accepted, and I doubt he cares what form it takes when it comes from his favorite person. What he really wants is for Shen Yuan to express that affection freely, to hold him and kiss his scrapes, and tell him he’s not bad. So long as he receives love, he be okay as Shen Yuan’s disciple, perhaps a child figure, or just a friend. The only reason it seems like he wants to be a wife specifically is because he is a jealous person who can’t stand others receiving Shizun’s affection— romantic, platonic, or otherwise.

I honestly don't blame luo binghe for anything. Nothing. I think he was justified in everything. He has always tried to do his best and be a good person. He sought acceptance and love and stayed for it even in places that abused his hope and sincerity. He was thrown into literal hell by the person he trusted the most, hated for his species, his wishes and words disregarded, his brain bound to the "mental breakdown sword that worsens your worst traits by 9000% unless you kill people or have sex that you don't even want". I dare every person who calls him unforgivable to last even one day in this state. To be ALIVE let alone functioning after everything he went through is miraculous and I'm not going to give the time of day to anyone who keeps criticising him.
