Nope the opposite I relieve my anxiety by smoking but I strictly avoid sativas there is only a few strains I will make the exception for but sativas and sativa dominant hybrids make my anxiety nuts

I prefer strains like purple punchsicle and gelato33 are my faves right now, a indica and a indica dominant hybrid

it’s truly difficult giving advice with cannabis because it really affects everyone differently. keep that in mind at all times. THC itself can cause anxiety so be leary of higher percentages because they just might not be for you. higher CBD and lower THC strains might work better for you. i do like the recommendation of indicas from @stonerjpeg because i, myself, am already anxiety prone so indicas are my jam. Hindu Kush is one of my favs cause it’s one of the only pure indica strains out there.

a lot of what you need to do is trial and error, unfortunately. there is so much out there to try, but very little information on its benefits. and like i said, cannabis treats everyone differently. i would read up on the terpenes themselves and find a good strain that can help with your anxiety. terpenes and THC give the “entourage effect”. so when people think of all the adjectives that cannabis gives (relaxing, energetic, creativeness, munchies, pain relief, etc.) it’s from both THC and the terpenes present in that strain.

It’s all about trial and error, it took me a while to find out what specific strains I like and what I avoid, which is why I even found I can tolerate and like certain sativa hybrids as well!

I personally through trial found that high cbd or even cbd isolate is not that effective for me as a high thca % is, I’m not exactly sure why but I’ve tried it all and personally based on tolerance I believe especially affecting my case, this works best for myself

Everyone’s body chemistry will react differently with cannabis, and anxiety, it really depends on where the anxiety stems also I believe, sometimes when it stems from a psychological root/situational root, like racing thoughts and a “loud” mind something like thc might cause an spike in anxiety and cbd might be a better answer

However I feel if the anxiety is not rooted in any contextual situation and is rather nondescript and presenting as more physical symptoms as racing heart, high blood pressure, shakiness/uneasiness, then a combination of thc and cbd, something more full spectrum with a stronger terpene profile is better

The more of it I say, the more I mean for her to understand that I see and love her down to her core, and that what I’m saying I am being dead serious about. I’m not just speaking the submissive girl who brings all the piles of fun stuff. I’m not just addressing one aspect of her being. 

Give her many names, and many titles, which communicate many things, and then feed her by wielding them wisely, and precisely.
