the latest addition to our family. 

South Hero, doll heads, cows on my run, Lake George, Crown Point, summer blooms, and finally, kitten time -- the best time.

This festival's been on my radar for a while ever since moving to Vermont and is better than a lot of other big North American festivals, with the added advantage of being 100 minutes away. Dunno when the lineup came out, but I've seen about 50% of the ones I want to see...still gonna renew my passport in time.  (Passport's been expired for a couple of months - this is pretty much a cardinal sin in my family.)

Plans for the night involve leaving work, going to the gym, and getting in my jammies at 8:30. Ahhh...

The perfect Christmas: snowboarding in the morning, afternoon Chinese lunch buffet to cure homesickness, a cute movie at night and Duvel and creme brûlée for dinner. Merry merry.
