Hey everyone I have come out of hibernation because I have been obsessed with BloodyMary since I first watched Project Hail Mary (cause I watched Iron Lung first not because Project Hail Mary was the only one I watched) and I have to say this is the first time I've really participated in a cross-ship and I'm glad it's them.

Anyway so I have SOOOOOOO many headcannons about these two but for now I really want to focus on Simon cause Iron Lung has had me captivated since January.

Headcannon #1: Simon never fully believed in what Eden was preaching

So in the movie we're told by Simon himself while he's having his conversation with David that Eden was very similar to his prison sentence with the COI with his lack of autonomy and in the flashback where his mom says "don't be like that Simon you'll love it there". But there's also that fact that Simon seems to be the only Eden convict that has an actual will to live. My headcannon is that Eden was a suicide cult, hence the "we become the soil" and the "when the last son of Eden dies a thousand trees will grow", but Simon's will to live comes from him not believing in the religion. which leads me to my second point

Headcannon #2: Simon became Eden's Butcher in order to keep himself safe if someone ever suspected/accused him of being a nonbeliever

In Simon's flashbacks we hear his mom trying to protect him from the eel, and it's not confirmed but it'd safe to suspect that the knife sheath that Simon has was given to him by his mother. I think that when Simon was younger his mom would protect him if somebody accused him of not believing in Eden's teachings, so when she died Simon had to find a new way to protect himself from accusations, so he became the executioner for Eden aka the Butcher hence why the people of Eden call him that but none of the COI members he talks to do. It's the perfect cover story because who's going to accuse the guy killing for the cult of not believing in it, and if they do Simon can just threaten them or kill them if he has to. This even lines up with the end where the only time Simon referred to himself as the Butcher is when his defending himself against an almost divine creature, basically the blood ocean holy spirit

Headcannon #3: Simon surviving Filament Station was how he "betrayed" Eden

So I think the au could go with no ship or any ship, but since I was in my logince pilled era when I came up with the idea I wanted to make Roman and Logan opposites of each other since that's how they are in Sanders Sides, and I've always liked the thought of Logan being a VK and Remus being with Roman on the other side but he's a delinquent.

So Logan is fire because of his tendency for angry outbursts when he's reached his limit as well as Hades literally glowing orange when he's angry. And Roman is the son of Ariel due to his want for adventure in the original verse, it also works with remus color scheme wise since they're red and green which is Ariel's mermaid colors. Btw Roman would replace Melody in this scenerio.

I watched the third My Hero Academia movie because I find the Romantic Road Trip Montage™ incredible and it's basically my comfort movie, and I would like to share a headcannon. Birdhouse for life am I right lads? (Birdhouse (around others)/Birdnest (Alone together) is the ship name I came up with due to Pino using Midoriya's hair as a nest, Midoriya's hair looking like a cartoon tree, and because Midoriya is what Rody dreams his future home to be)

So, picture this, Rody (and his siblings) finally get to visit Midoriya in Japan for a week because "I said you couldn't come back to Otheon, I never said anything about me not coming here." doesn't matter what means (though I like to think that it's a test flight or something (I don't know how flight school works because I am not a pilot)). They hug and stuff, Midoriya picks up Roro and Lala like he's their dad, Midoriya finally gets to introduce his classmates to Rody, and Rody stays at class 1-A's dorm.

But the thing is, only a select few people know about these two dating.
