i've been very bitter and dismal recently (as you can probably tell) so i might delete these but i found this dress i had in storage and tried it on. i believe it's the only white dress i own. i don't wear white... ever. i can't remember why i bought it... but i stepped way beyond my comfort zone in terms of modelling it because it's so different from my preference for dark colours. i'm not sure i'll keep this dress... i don't think i'm suited to wear white. it clashes with my paleness for the most part, but truth be told, white just makes me feel so off.. so vulnerable.. so pure.. no matter if i style it with black stockings/accessories... it's not for me.. 🕯 dress is British Retro btw

I do wear corsets daily. At home, work, going out. They help me with my posture as I have very stationary hobbies, so to save myself the back aches wearing a corset daily helps with that.

I don't just wear corsets for the look. When it comes to putting together a fancy outfit or lingerie, then yes I'm more so considering the aesthetic. It gives me a sense of proprietary. I feel more confident and put together.
