I got some pretty nice shots of Tonga today. 

This little guy was playing with a pebble. 

Last summer a set of hyena twins were born at the Amersfoort zoo. This is one of the two, all adolescent now but still oh-so-fluffy.

That feel when you go to the zoo and your best shot turns out to be a random snap you took of an adorable robin sitting on a fence

I could take a thousand pictures of river sunsets and still never grow tired of them.

I just can’t with the colours in this place. Nature, man.

Early afternoon, after a shower. Everything turns silver.

That bridge in the distance is how you get from Germany into Luxembourg. In the old days, before the EU, there used to be border control posts right there. Now it’s just two roadsigns informing you you’ve casually changed countries mid-stroll.

The banks of the river Our are quite something.

We went on a tiny hike on the Luxembourgian side of the river

My dog Stevie enjoys a drink of fresh river water in the light of the setting sun.

We keep a campfire going 24/7. After the weekend everything smells of smoke. I had to shower twice to get the smell out of my hair.

In the morning the river Our turns bright.
